OUR STORY
AEGA began with an observation. After COVID, the distance between recruitment agents and educators had widened. Agent networks had grown vast, the two sides of international recruitment were further apart than ever, and the student was caught in the gap. Blame travelled down the chain, from government to sponsor, from sponsor to agent, and stopped there. Everyone was defending a position, and no one was protecting the student. Behind every application is a family that has saved for years, sold assets, borrowed against a home, and placed its hopes in a decision taken thousands of miles away by people it will never meet. Students carry that weight quietly. When the system fails them, they have no one to appeal to and no one to speak on their behalf. The agent sector had no voice either, central to how international education works, and without collective representation anywhere. AEGA was built to close the gap, not by choosing a side, but by refusing the idea that there were two. An alliance, because agents and educators need each other, and the student needs them both.

2022AEGA Founded
As COVID restrictions lifted, recruitment risk rose and long-standing partnerships came under strain. AEGA was established to hold them together.
2023First cohorts, first audits
500 agents trained across five countries, and three sponsors taken successfully through UKVI audit.
2024Global reach
Four international education partners restructured across risk and recruitment.
2025Scale
Partnerships with more than 15 institutions across India, Pakistan and the UAE, and over 1,000 agents trained and restructured.
2025Accreditation
More than 2,000 agents trained or engaged, and a partnership with ICEF Academy delivering accredited CPD courses for the agent sector. 100% UKVI audit success rate.
